This lovely 1970s ring comes to life in contact with light and rays of sun. The setting, made of 18Kt (750‰) white gold, enhances the brightness of the piece. 18 selected brilliant-cut diamonds form a total of 2.25 carats by indirect measurement. These diamonds capture the light and reflect it onto the central stone, creating an even greater variety of color. The natural precious opal, with its iridescent appearance, displays the colors of the rainbow in different shades, while the background remains milky white. These flashes of color, caused by iridescence and opalescence, are also known as the “harlequin effect,” typical of the noble opal.
