Brooch with double pin, shaped as a lobed leaf and crafted in 18Kt (750‰) yellow gold with a white gold stem. Adorned with 38 brilliant-cut diamonds, with a total estimated weight of 0.70 carats. A distinctive feature of this jewel is a delicate ladybird with a tremblant head, finely set with brilliant-cut diamonds and carré-cut rubies. A unique piece of Italian goldsmith craftsmanship dating back to the second half of the 20th century, entirely made with natural gemstones.
